Yeomen U18 End Season on a Positive Note (August 26, 2010)
Our U18 boys started well against the Cru but eventually fell 27-5. They showed improvement throughout the season and we look forward to more rugby next season in both U18 and Mens
Yeomen Continue to Approve (July 30, 2010)
Our U18 team continue to improve and played a spirited effort against Aurora. They were unable to hold an early lead and after a couple of late scores fell 36-10. They finish their season Aug 4th against the Titans and then head into the playoffs. Keep up the good work!
Yeomen battle with two of Ontario's Top U18 Teams (July 30, 2010)
Our U18 team lost to Barrie 45-0. With this being the 3rd game in 8 nights against two of Ontario’s top U-18 teams (Barrie twice in 48 hours), the Yeomen delivered their best effort to date. The final score does not reflect the significant improvements that have been made in defensive commitment and there were many periods of sustained ball possession that didn’t turn into points at the end. The second half of the season starting with our next game against Collingwood there is a good deal of positive momentum and we look forward to turning things around on Wednesday July 21st at Fletcher’s.
